Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
- Support Lead Teachers in delivering our play-based L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Assist with daily routines including playtime, meals, transitions, and cleanup
- Work with different age groups (Infants, Toddlers, Preschool) as needed
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and teammates
- Keep classrooms organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards
- Bring flexibility, positivity, and teamwork to the school each day
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting preferred
- Coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training available)
- Must meet all state childcare licensing requirements
- Reliable, caring, and passionate about working with children
