Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Lead and support daily routines for children in our 2-Year-Old classroom
- Implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Encourage early language, communication, cognitive, and social-emotional development
- Help children develop independence with classroom routines and self-help skills
- Provide positive guidance and support successful classroom transitions
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with children and communicate regularly with families
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership
- Follow Virginia childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements

High School Diploma or GED required

Previous professional childcare, daycare, or preschool experience required
- Experience working with toddlers or two-year-olds strongly preferred
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Patient, reliable, energetic, and team-oriented
- Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
