Pay: Starting at $20 per hour (higher pay available based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Part-Time, Monday–Friday | Approximately 3:00 PM–6:00/6:30 PM
- Provide classroom support during the afternoon and closing hours
- Engage children in age-appropriate play, learning activities, art, music, and outdoor experiences
- Support afternoon snacks, transitions, and end-of-day routines
- Maintain attentive supervision and positive classroom management
- Build warm, positive relationships with children and families
- Assist with classroom organization and closing procedures
- Collaborate with Lead Teachers and center leadership
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment
- Follow applicable Virginia childcare licensing requirements

Previous professional childcare, daycare, or preschool experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required

CDA preferred, but not required
- Early Childhood Education coursework or credentials are a plus
- Reliable and consistently available for afternoon hours
- Patient, energetic, nurturing, and team-oriented
- Must meet applicable Virginia childcare licensing requirements
